2 Facts About Water & The Earth
It is the most abundant resource The Earth’s surface is 71% water 96% of the Earth’s water is contained in oceans Water needed by all living things Psalms 1:1-6 About 71 percent of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water. But water also exists in the air as water vapor, in rivers and lakes, in icecaps and glaciers, in the ground as soil moisture and in aquifers, and even in you and your dog. Water is the most plentiful natural resource on the planet.

However, there can be considerable variation in body water percentage based on a number of factors like age, health, weight, and sex.

8 Water Used in the Bible Where did God Put the Water?
Played an important role in cleansing in the OT & NT: OT Priests required to wash with water before entering the tabernacle - Exodus 30:17-21 NT Priests are saved from sin - 1 Peter 2:9-10 Acts 22:16 The Power Is Not In Water Alone! Not saved by faith or grace alone! - Ephesians 2:8 God’s power is demonstrated by using water! Where did God Put the Water? Ex. 30: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 18 Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein. 19 For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat: 20 When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD: 21 So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations. 1 Pet. 2: But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. Acts 22:16 - And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. Eph. 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Acts 10: For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. Acts 8: Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. 36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? 37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. 39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing. Eph. 5:26 - That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 1 Pet. 3: Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. 21 The like figure (499. antitupos, Search for 499 in KJV corresponding ("antitype"), i.e. a representative, counterpart:--(like) figure (whereunto). whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Blue Bible, Outline of Bible Usage - (1) a thing formed after some pattern (2) a thing resembling another, its counterpart (3) something in the Messianic times which answers to the type, as baptism corresponds to the deluge (1 Pet 3:21). 9 Between Noah & The Evil World
Saved from the flood by water Hebrews 11:7; 1 Peter 3:21 Noah obeyed God – “by faith” Not by faith alone Noah obeyed all of God’s instructions and commands - Genesis 6:22 Noah & his family were saved from the evil world by water God Put Water Heb. 11:7 - By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. 1 Pet. 3:21 - The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Gen. 6:22 - Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. 1 Pet. 3: Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. 21 The like figure (499. antitupos, Search for 499 in KJV corresponding ("antitype"), i.e. a representative, counterpart:--(like) figure (whereunto). whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Blue letter Bible, Outline of Bible Usage - (1) a thing formed after some pattern (2) a thing resembling another, its counterpart (3) something in the Messianic times which answers to the type, as baptism corresponds to the deluge (1 Pet 3:21). 10 Between Israel & Bondage
Israel was saved by water Pharaoh’s army was destroyed by water The faith of the Israelites motivated them to cross the red sea to be freed from bondage Exodus 14:29-31 Paul said they were “baptized” Covered by the cloud and the sea 1 Corinthians 10:1-2 God put water between them and bondage! God Put Water Ex. 14: But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. 30 Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore. 31 And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses. 1 Cor. 10:1-4 - Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; 2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat; 4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

11 Between Naaman & His Cleansing
Naaman was commanded to wash: “Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean” - 2 Kings 5:10 His arguing did him no good! “Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean” vs. 14 He was cleansed by water when he obeyed God God Put Water
