Melanie is a gifted Project Manager and Business Continuity consultant. Melanie has a unique ability to guide and teach while delivering exceptional results. Her early experiences in occupational health and safety, and developing policies and procedures for manufacturing facilities and educational institutions laid the foundation for her future consulting work. She has a unique ability to gather information, make it tangible and applicable, and then align stakeholders to adopt change and implement new systems. These skills alone make her a valuable resource for Business Continuity Plan Managers. Her ability to mentor and teach others to adopt more effective processes is icing on the cake.
