What is Risk? Risk can be defined as any exposure to possible loss. The Church Board is to ensure that the church is protected from undue exposure that may lead to damage of lives and property and the risk of litigation. It must therefore be able to identify, assess and manage varying types of risks.

Unfinished Construction Risks a. Nails and sharp objects b. Open trenches and gutters c. Unprotected lumber, steel and other construction materials d. Construction equipment e. Other relevant risks under this section
