2. What is Dressy Casual?
Dressy casual is sometimes confused with business casual or just casual attire as well, but there are a few differences. Dressy casual is a form of attire that involves a slightly more elegant style of normal casual wear, such as dress slacks and a sport coat or blazer.

3. Women dressy casual
Dressy casual for a women is nice slacks and a blouse. but they can also wear dresses, skirts, slacks and a pretty sweater, or less formal suits. Fabrics worn for a dressy casual tend to be richer than business attire, but not so luxurious as to push the outfit into semi-formal or formal attire

4. Dressy casual for men
Dressy casual for men is slacks, a shirt with a collar, and a sport coat. At slightly more casual events, a button-down shirt without a jacket could be worn. In most cases, a tie is also not required, but wearing one would not necessarily make a man look too formal.

China’s dressy casual isn’t to different from our dressy casual in the U.S. it’s basically the same but they just and a Chinese traditonal look to it.

Dressy casual is VERY ACCEPTABLE when go events if the invitation isn’t specific

During the 1800s many men and women whore dressy casual often. As seen in the picture above they are dressed up in a jacket with rain boots and probably their modern day pants.
