Selling cancer awareness items to benefit a Hildebrandt student recently diagnosed with cancer
Cancer Awareness Pencils – 25 cents (School store)
Blue Bracelets – One Team One Dream - $1.00 (School store)
Maybe rubber duckies for $1.00 during lunch on Fridays
Need someone to call a motion and vote
- If we decide to do this someone needs to make an announcement

4. Item #2
We have extra funds this year that can be used for school improvement. We use the gym for many functions and it is need of some beautification. We would like to help PE with paint and replacement pads for the gym. We could possibly donate up to $2500-$ How much would you like to donate?

5. T shirts – Final Design Get form and turn in by Friday, Feb 10
T shirts are $12
You must sign a form when you turn in your money
We will place the order the week of Feb 13. It usually takes around 10 days to get the shirts.

Coach Dickie is requesting 10 people to help with the track meet on 2/16.

5pm – 9pm
He will provide dinner
You will be either running results to press box, running sticks, or even helping at starter blocks.

8. Relay for Life Events

1/28 at 2pm Vintage Location $25 for 1 hour/ if you are 13, your parents must come with you and stay.

9. Relay for Life April 22, 2017 at Klein Oak from 12 noon to 12 am.
You can join the Just Horsin’ Around Team and start fundraising

We are making a special Relay for Life committee of people. They will be in charge of organizing our fundraising efforts (as a team) and what will be going on in our tent. Remember we will have the new members so we want to make this fun and raise a lot of money!
