3. How Does P.R.I.D.E. Work?
All students follow the same set of rules and expectations throughout all areas in the building.
These rules and expectations are displayed as a matrix, which is posted in every hallway and classroom.
When students follow the rules and expectations, they are recognized.
When students do not follow the rules, there are planned consequences to help them get back on track.

When consistent, students will be recognized for appropriate behaviors such as:
applying the P.R.I.D.E expectations in all campus settings
using positive language with peers and staff
waiting patiently in line in the cafeteria
using your cell phone only during appropriate times
using every day to invest in your graduation
Encouraging peers to do the “right” thing
