6. What needs to be done Identification of PS for webcasting
IT Team formation-only technical persons required depending upon the no of PS selected for webcasting
Training of resource person
Network/Hardware requirement for monitoring-only
Monitoring mechanism--pollday
Testing

7. What needs to be done
Coordinate with vendor (state level)—when finalized by ceomp(under process)
Vendor will provide hardware/ network/manpower at each Polling station
Verification of hardware as per specification (CEOMP) at ps before poll
Issuing id card to vendor personnel to be posted at each ps
Camera will be IP based not webcam with mike
Camera will be mounted on wall and cover entire process of polling (no inside view of ballot unit )

8. What needs to be done at pollday
Note down of start time of webcasting , the person will introduce himself on camera
Note down any break in webcast (duration)
During breakdown the video recording will continue
Note down the end time of webcasting , the person will again introduce himself (this should be same person whom id card issued)

9. After polling
The vendor will submit recording DVD of all polling station
Verification of DVD by playing video
Certificate with remark by RO will be sent to DEO along with DVD
DEO will submit report to CEO
