4. Strength under control
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonour others, it is not self- seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 1 Corinthians 13:4-6

5. Follow Jesus’ example
“Meekness involves us temporarily giving up a little in order to permanently gain an infinitely greater amount”.

“So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” James 1:19-20 NKJV
