6. Spotfire data exception
Only current savings stage
If region or country is selected and the savings are not allocated
If the current stage savings is zero
If the saving are not split by time it is split equally for that period
For quick entry project the split is done for 12months based on start date
Project below threshold not auto approved in iSave will be approved before loading into Sporfire
