Establish a cohesive organizational structure for a coalition that would provide educational and political leadership consisting of: parents educators students higher education community & professional organizations

Study the DATA and Identify Key Issues Facilitate Educational Summits Create an Action Plan to Improve the Achievement of Students Implement the Action Plan via Activism and Advocacy Reflect on the Coalition’s Vision and Action Plan Evaluate the Actions and Progress

High School Graduation Rates Comparison Student Graduation rate The graph above shows that 93.0% of students whose parents participated in PIQE parent training graduated from high school. In comparison, a March 2005 study conducted by the Civil Rights Project at Harvard University found that national and California graduation rates are significantly lower.
