Establish namespace for current valid set of reference data

4. Concept for linkage between XSD and reference data
Each class in RDL has a generated web page
Each ‘kind’ and enumerated value will have it’s own “web page”
This is accessed by URL + PCA ID

The PCA ID is accessible by using the “local” name + nomenclature name
Nomenclature name in this case is “NPD MONTHLY PRODUCTION REPORT NAME’
Reference to the classes will most likely be done in the XML schemas using a W3Cstandard called Semantic Annotation for WSDL and XML Schema (SAWSDL) ( )
