Completing a W-2C The Accounting Master Aatrix module is available for Wage and Information Reporting. This feature simplifies your year-end tax reporting process. During this presentation, we’ll focus on using the Aatrix module to process your company’s 1099s. Other presentations are available to cover additional tax form processes.

From the Maintenance Ribbon Tab, select the Tax Forms & eFiling icon.

From the Tax Forms & eFiling screen, select View Existing Forms

At the Open Report screen, you’ll select the correct filing & click Edit.

At the W-2/1099 Preparer – W-2 History File Options screen, you’ll select the option to Correct Completed W-2s and click Next.

When prompted, answer the questions accordingly.

Follow through the remaining steps, correct was should be corrected by editing in the grid. The system will recognize those receipts where the information change & only reprint those that have corrections. In the example below, I update the Federal Wages for an employee & the line entry shows up in blue font.

Then you’ll be presented with some additional wizard screens, follow through the prompts & answer accordingly.

The last and final steps will take you through printing the corrected copies.
