2. Package Export Setup Open EA Repository
Select package level containing all desired diagrams
Open Sparx EA Ribbon Tab
Press “From Package”
Edit strPath if you get a write error (create new macro to access the script easily)
Default is User Directory
You may just need to create the “Temp folder

3. PowerPoint Diagram Export Setup
Note: You can create a special package to contain all PowerPoint documents to keep things tidy, but it isn’t required.
Create a diagram
Drag and drop each diagram from containment tree
Order the diagram frames vertically in the order you wish the PowerPoint slides to be ordered
Script uses the top of each frame to judge the order
Select the diagram in the containment tree
Press “From Diagram” on the ribbon
Order

4. Options
Use Slide Titles: Adds a title at the top of the slide equal to the diagram name
Diagram Notes: Adds any diagram notes to the PowerPoint slide notes for that diagram slide
Element Notes: Adds any element notes to the PowerPoint slide notes for the diagram slide the element appears on
