1. How to Create a Purchase Order in Scoutbook

Open Scoutbook.Com
Click on My Dashboard

If you are assigned to a role that allows you to make purchase orders in Scoutbook, you will see a link for “Needs Purchasing”

You will now have the opportunity to Select All or select individual items that need to be purchased for awards. Make your selections.

When you are finished with your selections, click on Create Purchase Order

6. 11/20/2018
You will get a screen that asks if you are sure you want to add your items. Click Yes.

Click the CSV button at the top right of the screen

8. 11/20/2018
You will have a new screen pop up with your Excel file. You will need to click o Column G and then press AutoSum to determine your Order total. Save your file and send this file in to the Transatlantic Program Supply Center.
