1. My School
There is a dining-hall, a gymnasium, rooms of labour for girls and boys, a computer class. Besides that we have different rooms for different subjects. For example, a room of chemistry where we carry out experiments.
They say: “Our school is our second home.” We spend most of our time here. And it`s very important that the school has a lot of comfortable classrooms.

2. Our school is similar to the British schools
Our school is similar to the British schools. There are some similar lessons: Maths, English, Computer science ; they also eat lunch at school as well as at our school.

3. OUR CLASSES.
At our school there are a lot of classes. There are special studies– biology, chemistry, physics, the ENGLISH language, computer science, a sport hall, a study of music.

4. School day
Some students of our school study in the morning and some students study in afternoon. We go to school in the morning. We study in 8A class. We must be at school before 7.50 a.m. because at this time everybody should do morning exercises in classroom, but we are sometimes late. In about ten minutes the bell on lesson rings. The lessons start at 8 o’clock in the morning. We have 6 school days. Every day in school we have 6 subjects. The more difficult lessons for me are Russian and History. In my opinion the easiest lessons are P.E. and Math. As a rule, second, fifths and sevens classes of our school study in the afternoon. Only one seven class studies in the morning. They don’t do morning exercises in the afternoon at school so they get enough sleep. They must be at school before one fifty p.m. because at this time lessons start.

5. Tests and homework.
In our school we have
many tests on different subjects. Some of our tests are “multiple-choose” tests, where we have to choose the correct answer to the questions. Some of our tests are “fill in the blank” tests. Teacher gives them to us at the lesson and we must make them. Besides tests we have homework.
It’s some units and some exercises . Our homework at the painting lesson is pictures. When we do our homework we can ask parents to help. Of course, they help and we go on doing our homework As for me I like tests, because I like to complete the sentences.

6. Optional and additional courses
I want to tell you about additional and optional courses. In spare time after lessons in our class. We have optional courses carried out in the senior classes for preparation for examinations. We like to go on optional courses, because we receive much new extra knowledge and interesting information, which is not included in the school program. In our class optional courses are carried in Russian and geometry. I like to go on optional courses in Russian. And we have additional courses. Why do we need additional lessons? We need them for students who don’t understand material as they were ill at that time. Teachers help them to understand material. I think both optional and additional courses are useful!

7. Lunch
There is a canteen in our school where we can buy buns, pies, cakes and drinks. After third lesson some students, who want to have lunch can go to a canteen and eat hot dish and sweet drink. Lunch lasts about 15 minutes. Then we go to our classroom.

8. Holidays Holidays We celebrate a lot of holidays in our school.
Every year we arrange a concert for our teachers on Teacher’s day.
On New Year Party we have a performance and a disco.
On the 23 of February the girls congratulate our boys and make them presents.
On the 8 of March our boys congratulate us and give presents to us.

9. Holidays
We study on terms. In total we have four terms. After each we have holidays: autumn, winter, spring and the longest summer vacations are for three months.

10. ENGLISH LESSONS
At ENGLISH lessons we read, sing songs, make dialogues, we do tests and many other things.
There is a computer in our study of ENGLISH and we do many exercises on it.
All lessons of

11. Our great teacher.
Our great teacher is Irina Vitalevna. She teaches us English. She is very nice, funny and intelligent woman with short bright hair and grey eyes.
She has many students, who left to work abroad. Sometimes she is angry with us, but we love her! She is super!

12. Her lesson.
Irina Vitalevna’s lessons are very interesting and funny. We watch a video about other people and events, which happen with them, listen to dialogues, work in pairs and groups, sing English songs and read poems. We love to sing songs and poems, because it’s a good creativity.

13. Professor Our school is visited by foreign guests
Professor Our school is visited by foreign guests. In December it was visited by a professor Ben Fuller.

We have known a lot of interesting things about American life and schools.

14. Internet.
The Internet is, undoubtedly, the necessary thing, as well as training on it. How many interesting and new things it is possible to find in it! It is simply possible to get a friend from that country, which language you learn and to communicate with him. It is very easy to learn a language, especially colloquial (and grammar!).

15. Work on a computer
Our teacher has won a computer. Now we can work on a computer solving different puzzles and doing interesting tasks. Earlier we made them in our workbooks, but now we can do them on a computer. But still we sometimes go to a study of computer science where we work separately on personal computers. We make tasks which were thought up by founders of the textbook. This is a very interesting employment!

16. Our tests
We make tests on separate sheets. When we pass five cycles, we do the test. But Е - mail tests we do not make because it is not interesting, we can not receive knowledge from them because it is necessary to give in to temptation to peep, look for the help in the Internet or to ask parents and friends.

17. What about the school of my dream?
I would like my school to be more contemporary. It would be great if there were cozy sofas in the hall where we can relax after our lessons.
Besides that I would like to have more opportunities to work on the computer and in the Internet. But for this we need modern computers.

18. About myself
My name is Anna. I` m 14 years old. I study in the 8 class. I play tennis. I enjoy listening to the music.
