Two main types
Variegated – leaves that can be colors other then green or yellow
Non Variegated- leaves with only green and yellow colors.
If a non-variegated plant turns a different color then it has a problem.

Compound- more then one leaf per petiole

5. Compound leaves
Palmately compound all leaflets for from the same point at the end of the petiole.
Bipalmately- compound leaves where the leaflets are opposite.

8. Venation Parallel- veins run side by side Palmate- fan like system
Pinnate- one large vein and smaller veins branching out.
