Eligibility Tracking Any school can add custom eligibility requirements tracked at their school- if a student is ineligible because of a custom school requirement, they will appear in gold. Eligible Students will appear in black students not Ineligible Students will appear in red

“Why is this student ineligible?”
ALWAYS check the “Eligibility Status” icon to see EXACTLY why a student is showing ineligible!

Scheduling Add games/matches to your schedule from the Team Pages.
If you cannot find an opponent, input a help ticket with the school name, address, team and level (ex: Varsity Boys Basketball). If the game requires approval from the AHSAA, check the box that reads “Required/Official Competition (Ranked)” when creating the game, or under the “Advanced” tab when you open the game from your schedule.

Contracts When generating a game there is an option to automatically generate and sign the contract. Contracts can be generated after the game is created by opening he game, click on the "Contracts” tab, & click “Create New”. When you open a Game/Match and then click on the ‘Contract’ tab, you can now the contract by clicking once on the contract, and then click on the ‘Share’ option. View contracts from the Team Pages, or by going to Menu>your school>Documents & Filing>Contract Management

Editing School Users & Staff
Menu> your school> Users & Staff> School Users & Staff Add/Remove Users as needed Keep this area up to date! If you want a coach to fill out a document (nomination form), give them the “Documents & Filing” permission. You can view & upload coaches photos under the “Contact Info” tab!

Foreign Exchange Students
Foreign Exchange Student Process: Find the student in Manage Athletes>change the “OTG” column to read “Yes”>Upload the Acceptance Letter to the “Files” icon. The AHSAA will then review the file.

Coaches Certifications
Coaches/ECO/PCR/OPCR must be added to School Users & Staff in order to view/take their designated exams. NEW! School Administrators can pull a report on the exam status for all school users, by school year. Menu>your school>Reports> Personnel>Staff Certification Report

PitchLimit App/Reports/Editing Counts
Users must be marked as the OPCR or PCR in “School Users & Staff” in order to input the pitches when logged into pitch.c2cschools.com. Users must be marked as the OPCR in order to have access to the exam. Existing/Completed games can now be edited, even if the score has been input. When logged into the App, click on the “Existing Entries” tab to edit these games. Invoices School Invoices: Catastrophic Insurance would be considered an invoice that belongs to the school Click Menu > {school} > Financial Management > Account Summary. 2. Locate the invoice in Requests & Invoices and click the “Details” button. 3. You can either click “Make Payment” and pay the invoice electronically or opt to print out the invoice and mail in the check. Personal Invoices: Exams, PLU Courses, Event Registration- these would all be considered personal invoices, as they belong to an individual rather than to the school. To locate/view/print/pay for these, go to: Menu>Account & Personal>Financial Management

Helpful Hints & New Features
Eligibility Expiration Report: An alert is sent to School Administrators nightly regarding expiring eligibility. This comes in as an Alert, located in the top right corner of your C2C Dashboard. School Administrators can open the alert, click on the Excel link to view the upcoming expiring information, save the document and it to your coaches, if you wish. *Please note that Excel Spreadsheets open outside of C2CSchools. You can view a students team history, and see which user added the student to the roster. From Manage Athletes, find the student and then click on the “Team History” icon at the top of the screen. From Manage Athletes, under the “Flags” column, scroll over the “PC” (Principal Certified), or “P” flag (Pushed), you can now view the date in which these events occurred, and by which user.
