Are you Getting Better! Where are you with your fitness & strength! Motivate your self by trying something you couldn’t have done 12 weeks ago (ex. Run a timed mile, see how many push ups you can do). Test your reshaped body in an unconventional way…you should start to surprise yourself and discover that things that were difficult 12 weeks ago are now getting easier. What did you do? How did you perform? How would you have done 12 weeks ago? Send these answer to me via . Remember to submit your excel reports.
