A Balanced Diet An athlete should have a healthy diet.
A healthy diet is balanced (right foods in the right amounts). A healthy diet is varied - lots of different kinds of foods. A healthy diet should meet the Balance of Good Health. What is a balanced diet? Produce a bullet point plan for healthy eating.

A balanced diet An athletes diet needs to meet the balance of good health, each diet will vary from athlete to athlete and from one training schedule to the next

Team sports Strength sports Endurance sports Weight category sports Aesthetic sports Name a type of sport for each of the above and identify the dietary considerations for each Winning, avoiding injury / illness, improving fitness, losing weight, gaining weight, muscle gain, fat loss
