Yesterday evening North Salinas FFA competed in the Best Informed Greenhand and Cooperative Marketing contests. Congratulations to Marius Castro, Cindy Ascensio, Elijah Ruelas and Alexander Moreno for placing 5th High team in BIG and Mercedes Bravo, Angie Ascencio & Kyla Monroe for placing 4th High team in COOP and Kyla Monroe on placing 3rd High Individual.

Did you know that for every six water bottles we use, only one makes it to the recycling bin and the rest end up in landfills, oceans and parks. The Environmental Club is selling 26 oz. Aluminum reusable water bottles for $12. Help the club and help eliminate the problem of plastic waste in our lives.

FALL SPORTS AWARDS CEREMONY is this Monday!  Pick up your pictures and scholar-athletes awards and lots of cool stuff!  Dinner for sale at
 5:30 pm and the Ceremony begins at 6:30 pm in the Main Gym!  All are welcome!
Good luck to our Varsity Girls' Cross Country Team and Brandon Gutierrez as they compete in the CCS Championships this Saturday at Toro Park.  Girls Race at 1:30 p.m. and Boys at 2:05 pm.
