Look at the text type to decide what type of writing it is. (information, biography, letter, story) Read all the text. Read and put a cloud around the title. (charts, headings, pictures) Read the questions and the answer choice. Underline where you found the answer in the text. Put an X to the right of the answer choices that are incorrect. Next to the answer you choose Check that you answered all questions. write which paragraph you found it in.

True. - An idea that a person has. - Compare - Contrast - To find ways that thing are alike - To find ways things are different - Cause - Effect - The reason something happened - What happened as a result
