Click on Time and Absence section in My UW System and click on Edit/Cancel Absence button.

Editing or Canceling a Submitted Absence Request
The Absence Request History page will appear with all of the absences that have been saved or submitted within a time range. Click the Cancel button to cancel/edit the absence request.

To Cancel/Edit the request: Click the Cancel Absence button Click Yes to confirm the cancel Click OK. At this point, the request has been cancelled (voided). To Edit the request continue with next slide.

To Edit: Click on Absence Request History on the gray bar. Click Edit button

The Request Absence page will load with all the information for the requested absence. Corrections to the request should be made. Click Submit to make changes

On the Submit Confirmation page, click OK to continue
