THOTH Thoth an ibis. God of wisdom, writing, numbers, arts, astronomy and magic. Also a god of the underworld, in charge of the scales in the Hall of Judgment.

THOTH Scales weigh the heart of the deceased against the feather of truth to determine if they were worthy to enter the afterlife. As the scribe of the gods, Thoth recorded the result of each judgment.
