Purpose Enter 1 Ticket to :
Pay Drivers Bill for Hauling How to use Sales and Rates Maintenance to accommodate various driver commissions and hauling charges. How driver commissions and hauling charges are reported.

Ability to set up multiple Rates: Have 1 Rate Code per Driver OR have 1 Rate for All Drivers 2 ways to Pay Drivers: Mileage Rate Flat Amount Per load Pay a Fuel Surcharge: Based on Number of Miles Tier

# of miles- uses a Fuel Price Index and Base Price to calculate surcharge Tier Based-uses the Fuel Price Index to determine the percentage to calculate surcharge

Driver Payments Set up Drivers in Payroll as:
Company employed Drivers- typically an hourly or salaried employee Owner/Operators-contracted to haul oil for the First Purchaser company Third Party Drivers- typically a Hauling company
