Phases of disaster: relief, recovery, mitigation, preparedness. There are several versions and arguments around this, so don’t get lost on the technicalities!
Federal funding is never enough. It comes in several streams – individual assistance, public assistance, CBDG programs, and more.
Relationships matter before, during, and after more than you will ever know!
