RCT (n=422) increased clinical and cost-effectiveness 2½y post-intervention compared to GP Care RCT (n=64) more cost-effective than ‘standard’ physiotherapy over 1 year Treatment costs = £64pp v £130pp (-£66) Healthcare utilisation costs = £320pp v £583pp (-£263) #BHPhitconf
