Languages, Languages, Languages!!!
At the last count, there are 6909 different languages spoken around the world today. 225 of these are spoken in Europe. The most widely spoken languages are Chinese, Spanish, English and Hindi in that order. The most widely translated book, available in 2454 different languages, is the Bible. Pinocchio is a close second. At least half of the world’s population are bilingual.

Why Speak Another Language?
If you speak a second language, it makes learning another language easier. It helps you meet people from other cultures and is great for travelling. It builds self-confidence. Employers love it (and will love you).
