2. Action to revive dormant judgment
Serve like any other lawsuit, with normal answer period.
If Defendant does not file an Answer, a default judgment may be sought 45 days after service.
If Defendant files a timely Answer, the case proceeds in the normal course.

3. Petition for Scire Facias
Defendant is entitled to 20 days notice of the hearing.
Defendant must be personally served with the notice of the hearing.
The return of service should indicate that the Rule Nisi or the form Writ of Scire Facias was personally served, along with the petition.
