Introduction
This document contains an updated report to the IEEE 802 Executive Committee completing conditional approval to send the IEEE P802.11u Draft to Sponsor Ballot.
Revision 5 of this document ( r5) was approved during the closing plenary session of the working group on 17 July 2009.

There was 1 new valid DISAPPROVE vote with 1 required comment (CID 8001), but the voter then changed his required comment to not required on 22nd September 2009 (slide #5).
There were 4 new required comments (CIDs 8015, 8016, 8013, 8014) from 1 existing DISAPPROVE voter, but the voter then changed these to not required on 22nd September 2009 (slide #6).
