Bethany’s lesson: Part of Georgia.gov’s social mission is to support other agencies. I post a lot of links directing people to Georgia Gov Agency’s websites. However, I don’t typically think about people seeing the content I post on their phones, since I’m on my desktop when I schedule it. That could be a reason our numbers are low for the link types on facebook. People don’t like clicking links on their phone. Unless there is super good content (example: which state fits your personality? I clicked that from twitter on my phone—not responsive at all, but I still did it).
