2. Bell Ringer
Write 2 well developed argumentative paragraphs on the following prompt.
Which do you prefer- Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays? Explain Why?
In argumentative writing you must address the opposing idea/view.

3. Review Rotations
Group 1- Read the passage-each person develop 5 higher order thinking questions for a Socratic Seminar tomorrow. Complete the literary elements review sheet. You may use textbooks or dictionaries if needed.
Group 2- Writing Review with teacher. You will need pencil and paper. You will read, annotate, and discuss steps for essay writing.
