Funding organization meeting 29/11/17 Meeting in Brussels to discuss: Best options for collaboration Develop common funder priorities both in terms of potential research funding (a Strategic Research Agenda), but more importantly other alignment activities. 29 ERA-NET progress in SCAR
April 2017 – ERA-Net proposal for Food Authenticity was submitted to SCAR. Food Authenticity was scored 4th in importance of the 6 proposed topics, with suggested start in 2019 Already indicative contribution from the following countries totalled 6,188,000 € Belgium; Swizerland; Denmark; Spain; Ireland; Italy; Latvia; Norway; Poland; Turkey and the UK. Countries in contact with the project that are not in the list above: Bulgaria; Finland; France; Hungary; Netherlands; Romania ERA-NET Co-Fund - WP 2018 EVALUATION Total Score ERANET 108 Blue Bioeconomy 103 ICT Agriculture 101.5 Food and nutrition security 78.5 Food authenticity 59 Veterinary Vaccinology 33 Mountains research  The next step: Create a new proposal to SCAR in 2018 to get Food Authenticity into the 2019 Work Programme.
