4. Election Learning Tally tool is reliable and effective
Tally tool is secure and appropriately both flexible and inflexible
Retains administrator flexibility to designate official voters
Not capable of being reopened after launch
Voters could successfully change votes
Balloting histories are available to voters for review
Staff recommends that Tally be used for future elections
Final issue – retention of data
