A Message from our Health Clerk - Andi Alexander
Prescribed and over the counter medications needed during the school day require doctor orders. All doctor notes/excuses for a student need to be given to Andi Alexander, our Health Clerk. The health clerk will send copies to your child’s teacher. Please notify your child's teacher and health clerk if your child has any medical issues, medications, physical limitations, and/or allergies that would affect them during their school day. A new Health History form for the school year must be filled out and turned into the health office if you haven’t done so already. All parents MUST fill out a Megan's law form every year. All parents who volunteer at TVCS must either fill out the TB risk assessment form or have a TB test on file at the school. Please turn risk assessment forms in to the office.
