3. PER – Traffic counts
The present traffic volume for this project is ADT. The projected traffic volume for 2028 is ADT. The project traffic volume in 2038 for ESALS is ADT. The truck volumes for this project are %.
2000 ADT is the magic number!

4. PER – HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT
HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT: There are a total of seven (7) horizontal curves along the entire project. All seven (7) horizontal curves will meet the Horizontal Curvature and Superelevation design criteria for the 45 MPH design speed.
Must be within 15 MPH

5. PER – Vertical ALIGNMENT
VERTICAL ALIGNMENT: There are a total of six (6) vertical curves (2 sag and 4 crest) along the entire project. All six (6) of the vertical curves will meet Vertical Curvature and Stopping Sight Distance design criteria for the 45 MPH design speed.
Must be within 20 MPH

6. PER – Bridges
Bridge centerline lengths often don’t match BRM Entry # 49(Structure Length)
Bridge Width often doesn’t match BRM #51 (Roadway) (curb to curb)

7. PER – Bridge Culverts
Station limits don’t usually reflect correct length (doesn’t include outer walls)
Width doesn’t reflect barrel length

8. PER – Accident data
Accidents are either segmental or intersection related
If there are any fatalities or Class A injuries, we will need to know where it occurred (node or between nodes) and what caused it.

9. PPSOW – pavement buildup
1) Item No. 401B-108, Bituminous Treatment “G” (with Polymer Additive) (approximately 18 lbs/sy)
2) Item No. 424B-642, Superpave Bituminous Concrete Upper Binder Layer, Leveling, 1/2” Maximum Aggregate Size Mix, ESAL Range A/B, approximately 165 tons
3) Item No. 424A-340, Superpave Bituminous Concrete Wearing Surface Layer, 1/2" Maximum Aggregate Size Mix, ESAL Range A/B (195 lbs/sy)
