GOSPEL OF PEACE Gospel – Good News! Eph. 2: Two kinds of Peace
V. 1-3,12, > Peace with God The peace of the gospel extends to His people. “fellow citizens … members of the household of God”

SURE-FOOTING OF PEACE Knowing that I have peace with God and with my brethren: I can engage the enemy! 2 Cor. 4:8-10 Phil 4:7 ~ “and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Mark 4:39 – “Peace, be still” It is faith in the certain victory of Jesus’ resurrection.

1 Cor 15:57-58 ~ But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. 2 Tim 1:12 ~ For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.

Rom 5:1-2 ~ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Are you at peace with God?

Acts 21:13 ~ Then Paul answered, "What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."
