Crowns Originally Signified Authority
Since Roman times, crowns have been made from precious metals and jewels for royalty, religious leaders, and other positions of authority, both for ceremonial purposes and to signify one’s power.

Crowns as Personal Wear
In the past century, the practice of wearing crowns has expanded to include aristocracy, royal pretenders, beauty queens, brides, debutantes, prom teens, actresses and even rodeo queens!
4
Examples of Crown Designs
Crowns come in many forms – diadems, coronets, helmets, radials, and evreything in between.

The Investment Line The People Crown Company has a new line of crowns which are designed for the investor. Using precious metals and precious and semi-precious gems, each crown comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing the makeup of the crown for investment value and insurance. Like precious jewelry, the crowns can be worn by the owners as well.

Magazine ads in Forbes and Fortune
This is an example of the approach we would use in print ads for magazines aimed at men or investors.
7
Magazine ads in Vogue and The New Yorker
This is an example of the style of ad we would produce for high-tone magazines like Vogue, Bazaar, Elle and The New Yorker. There would also be spots on television stressing the beauty and value of the investment line. These spots would be purchased for the news slot – between 6 and 7 PM and again between 11 PM and 12 AM.

The traditional hedge against inflation and method of investment - housing
Home resales plunged nationwide during the April-to-June quarter, but Colorado is weathering the downturn better than most states. Forty-one states suffered a decline in home resales compared with the same period a year ago, while a third of metro areas recorded a rare annual decline in median home values, according to a report Wednesday from the National Association of Realtors. The downturn in housing is the worst recorded in the past 16 years. Driven by loose lending standards and a rash of speculative buying, the housing pullback has rattled financial markets worldwide, forced dozens of lenders to close and raised fears about the health of the U.S. economy. People used to invest in their homes, and those with a little more to invest would add jewelry and gold, often in the form of coins. Real estate has taken a serious dive in value over the past year, and it is no longer a good choice for the primary investment target. Denver Post, Aug. 16, 2007

Crowns are an Intelligent Investment
Gold purchased in January of 1979 would have returned a 250% profit in one year No matter what happens to the stock market, the American dollar or the yen, gold and other precious metals steadily grow in value. An investment in gold from 2000 to 2005 would have returned a 200% profit Gold’s five year pricing ( )

In 1912 the Hope diamond sold for $185,000.
Diamonds are one of the best investments, since even more than supply and demand, they are price-controlled by the mining companies and there appears to be no end in sight for this control. Today the Hope diamond is estimated to be worth $250,000,000

There is no denying that some folks have made good money investing in gemstones. Gems are rare and nature is not creating them nearly as fast as mankind is mining them. More and more people are coming to appreciate their value which only increases demand and prices. Gemstones are a rare commodity and hard to predict factors can greatly affect their price. At the moment the stones that are rising in value include: Top Quality Sapphire, Green Tsavorite Garnet, Orange Spessartine Garnet, Chrome Tourmaline, red and hot pink Tourmaline, Tanzanite, Emeralds as well as fancy coloured diamonds and good Mogok rubies Tanzanite prices rose by an astonishing 20% in May 2007 and in 5 years time will have risen by 200%. Other gemstones, if chosen with the same care as diamonds are, are equally sounds investments – they are not man-made so their numbers are finite. On a per-carat basis, rubies and emeralds are as valuable as diamonds. Sapphires do store wealth and are an excellent way to pass down something fine and valuable to the next generation but they are not a liquid investment.

The Investor Line – an example
48 ounces of 24-carat yellow gold or white gold or platinum 2 (1/4 carat) rubies one (1 carat) ruby 3 (1/4 carat) emeralds 2 (1/4 carat) blue sapphires 200 carats in round-cut diamonds This is the sort of information that will be included on the authenticity certificate, along with the grading of the gems.

Why invest in precious crowns?
Precious stones are not coming down in price Now is the time to invest The housing market has fallen Houses are no longer a wise investment The economy is slowing In times of recession precious metals hold their value and global appeal Crowns are hot now With an investment today you have the chance to sell the crown soon for a quick profit In summary, crowns are a good investment because the metals and gems will increase in value even though the global economy is slowing down and housing is at a 20-year low.

Affordability Plans start as little as $49/month
No payments for the first 30 days, no down payment No obligation money back guarantee If you aren’t happy with your crown you may return it within 60 days, no questions asked. The amount you invest is completely up to you Based on the type of crown you select. This is an example of the type of information which will be conveyed in advertising copy in both print ads and television spots.
