Pope Leo X Luther is “Just a drunken monk”
Copies of the 95 Theses increases across Germany. 1520, Luther is excommunicated (Kicked out of the church).

Diet of Worms 1521, Luther is granted a hearing to recant his theses.
He refused, labelled an outlaw and hunted. He then begins the Lutheran Church. Religious war between Catholics and Protestants begins
