Beading terms to follow (BTF):
Pinch the end of the thread using flat nose pliers to flatten. Thread needles at both ends.
Before ending, pass thread around the beads to tighten the flower.
To end, tie a knot with both thread and pass thru several beads then cut off excess thread.
Cross means thread cross last bead from L or R thread.
Pass thru means pass the thread to the next bead.
Follow BTF 1
String 8(A)
You have L- left & R - right 1 L R 2
Cross L to R to create a flower
L - string 1(B) & (C). 3 L R
R - string 1(B) 4 5
L - string 1(B)
R - string 1(B) L R
Cross R to (C)

(A) petals
(B) bicones
(C) seed beads
leather cord with ending findings
nylon thread
needles L R

There are 4 bicones now to be tighten onto the petals . (One of the bicone is hidden below the other bicones from this picture) 7
Now all 4 bicones laying on top nicely 8
Turn your beadwork upside down to have the same position as that on this image. L R 11
Going left pass L to A and string 2(C) on R. L R
String 2(C) on R 9 10
R - String 3(C)
Cross L to C 12
Cross L to C R

3. 13 15 14 16 17 17 Repeat image 11 & 12(6x) Cross L to C
R - string 1(C) R L
L - string 3(C)
R - pass thru several C until you get to the opposite side and then string 3(C) 16
You can add your ear hooks if you like 17
Create a bail by crossing L to (C)
Follow BTF 2 17
Insert leather cord into the bail.
