3. SPM Project Overview Review the Survey Results
Once the survey is closed (meaning that the time ran out on the clock) you will be able to see the responses given by the participants
We can see that two participants responded to the survey. The total score for this supplier is very different when comparing the two responses. It might be a good idea to discuss the responses with both participants before populating the scorecard with these results
Change the display to Participant Scores

4. SPM Project Overview Open the Scorecard
Once you are comfortable with the survey responses from the participants the next task is to Review and Publish the Scorecard.
Click on the document title, and then click Open

5. SPM Project Overview Review the Scorecard
The scorecard shows a total average score of 57.44%. This is the average score across all survey participants that responded
You can see the Grades and the Weight for each one of the 6 line items on the scorecard. In this example one of the highest weights is Contract Compliance, and it is also one of the lowest scores received by this supplier. This might be your first area of focus.

6. SPM Project Overview Publish the Scorecard
If you made any changes and would like to save the changes without Publishing click Save and Exit
If everything looks ok and you are ready to move on to the next task, click Publish. Publish will finalize this scorecard and make it visible to the rest of the team

7. SPM Project Overview Verify the Scorecard Dates
Verify the performance dates for this scorecard
Click OK to proceed

8. SPM Project Overview Mark the Task Complete
You will receive a confirmation that the Scorecard has been published
Mark the task Complete and continue through the rest of the tasks in the Task list

Review the Survey Results
Open and Review the Scorecard
Publish the Scorecard
Complete the rest of the tasks on the task list
