We use comparative adjectives + than to compare two things, people etc.
The mouse is smaller than the elephant.
The elephant is bigger than the mouse.

4. SUPERLATIVE
We use the + superlative adjective to say which is the bigger, best, etc. in a group.
After superlatives, we use IN (not OF) + places.
