2. Aim Higher and Outreach East projects’ offer:
1-2-1 meetings with an experienced adviser
Initial assessment and action plan
Digital skills, personal development, mindfulness, money management and accredited training courses
Access to volunteering
Social activities i.e. coffee mornings
Employability training
CV building
Application support & interview skills
In work support
Specialist employment support for carers/ domestic abuse/ debt/ ex- offenders/alcohol and substance misuse
Sector based work academies for retail, care, hospitality, transport and warehousing
Social activities and events e.g. Community Day; Trip to City Hall 26th September 2018

3. Delivery boroughs
Aim Higher: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Camden, Islington, City of London and Enfield
Outreach East: Redbridge, Havering, Newham, Barking & Dagenham and Waltham Forest
Project have sites within each delivery borough
Outreach locations include jobcentres, libraries, hostels and children centres
