5. About WWSO Nearly 40 in-house teams
Approx. 500 girls aged 5-17 playing in 5 Divisions
4 Sunday Select teams
7 Blue Thunder travel teams who play a competitive travel schedule

6. In-House Softball Approximately 500 girls, 5 Divisions
Instructional softball with an emphasis on fun
Access to multiple fields/facilities in both townships

7. Uniforms Provided to all players Does not need to be returned

prior to start of season

8. Equipment League provided: Bats Helmets Softballs Catchers equipment
Player to provide:

9. Risk Management Background Checks required for the following: Managers
Coaches
Board members
Umpires
New State Laws require multiple checks

You WILL NOT be allowed to participate in any of the roles listed above without a completed background check

11. Snack Stand
Primary means of raising funds and keeping costs low for WWSO families
All teams will be required to work at least two shifts during the regular season; coverage also required during playoffs
Team Parent will be responsible for scheduling other parents for required shifts
Board Members, head coaches, and families who paid the nonparticipation fee at registration are exempt from working the Snack Stand. All others are required.

12. Sunday Select Consists of 4 teams:
8U Team 1 – Jim Rosica
8U Team 2 – Scott DiDomenico
10U - George Yogis
12U – Fred Szymborski & Jeff Linso
Play games against multiple area organizations
WWSO Sponsored
Girls must try out
Girls must play in-house
Follows in-house season

14. WWSO Little League Open try-outs early to mid-June
Players must participate in in-house to be eligible
All players are welcome
Time commitment varies based on age group
More info will be provided during the season
