Presenting the Professional Image
Employees should present a professional dress image that is consistent within a conservative business setting. The employee represents not only him or herself, but the company he or she works for.

Conservative vs. Non Conservative Business Casual Attire
Point to a person’s picture and discuss why this would or would not be considered conservative for the whole appearance. Is this the type of “style” we want to convey to our members. Is this Advancial’s style? Why or why not? Open discussion. Give prizes for correct answers. Tough question: Which is which? NC NC NC

Clothing which is revealing, ripped, dirty, or disheveled is not the Advancial way of dressing. Members should not see any representative of Advancial in weekend attire, for example: t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, tank tops, see-through materials, shorts, windsuits, and thong type sandals while on duty at the credit union.
