Response of factor VII activity level, prothrombin time (PT), and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) to administration of recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa). PT and APTT were determined immediately before each rFVIIa dose. Activity of factor VII was measured immediately before and 10 minutes after each rFVIIa dose.
