Girls will follow the workouts on the website regardless of where they are in the world and will upload run data to Strava. (Private settings & Private Club) It’s okay to be gone as long as you are putting in the miles. Official season start and official attendance for the season begins July 30th. All athletes must have a physical on file through Athletic Clearance before they are eligible to run with the team. We want to have at least 1 parent present at each bridge run on Thursdays. The Stang 5k will be used as a time trial for all athletes. Girls who run between 23:00 and 30:00 minutes will be considered Junior Varsity are able to compete in Friday/Saturday JV races. Girls who are working towards running a sub 30:00 minute 5k will run in Tuesday meets until they are able to break an 18:30 minute 3200m time trial.

Promote to Middle Schools & Friends
Don’t forget to encourage girls to join the team. Our current seniors will be making a trip to MMS & Twin Lakes later this month. Talk to rising 9th graders and friends that are looking to get more involved at Mandarin. Direct them to our team site: or our Run Like A Mustang Instagram account.
