Problem ID 1 Don’t you just hate when you are having a hard time trying to go down a street because there is a car parked on the side of the road and it isn’t supposed to be? What makes it worse is there is never a cop around to give them a ticket. Well now you don’t need to worry about it with the new, Robo-Cop!!!

Problem Statement 1 Robo-Cop is a revolutionary device that can help out those frustrated drivers. This robotic arm will stay dormant inside the ground. When it realizes that there is a car illegally parked, the arm shoots up out of the ground and puts a ticket on the windshield. No more illegally parked cars, no more hassle.

Client 1 This product is beneficial to all of those drivers that have to try their hardest not to hit and illegally parked car when driving down a road. This is also useful for all the cops when they can’t be around to give out the tickets. They can’t be everywhere you know.
5
Marketing Piece 1 There is nothing in the market close to this. The only way that people get the tickets now are from the cops. But as I said before, they can’t be everywhere.
6
Constraints 1 Some constraints would include safety, cost, and weight. If the robotic arm malfunctions then you might end up with a broken windshield. It may cost a little money only because there are a lot of places that you can park illegally so you may need to produce a lot of them to satisfy needs of the police department. It might be a little heavy to make the arm but I think that we could get the weight down depending on the material used.
