(LeDeR) Programme established in response to the recommendations of the Confidential Inquiry into the premature deaths of people with learning disabilities (CIPOLD). It has been commissioned by NHS England, managed by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) – we need to implement this.
