Re-evaluation of art history and history during the Reign of King Philip III ( ).
El Greco to Velázquez: Art during the Reign of Philip III offers a groundbreaking reevaluation of artwork created during the reign of King Philip III of Spain from It will include works by El Greco and Velazquez as well as Jusepe de Ribera and Peter Paul Rubens, and lesser known but accomplished artists. Over 100 paintings, sculptures and decorative arts will be on view. School tours will continue to be offered during this exhibition but there will be some new guidelines since this is such a special and anticipated exhibition. Additional details will be posted on the museum’s website and in our future School Tour and Teacher Programs brochure. Once we begin accepting reservations we encourage you to make your reservation early.

Please call to schedule guided and self-guided tours at least 4 weeks in advance. All scheduling is based on availability.

Guided tours last 45 minutes to an 1 hour.
Can accommodate groups of 60 students at one time.
Up to 1 free chaperone ticket for every 5 students.
