Enrollment Checklist Payments & Fees: Tuition is a flat fee and due in advance. You are required to pay for all absences, holidays, snow days and vacation days. Payments are made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Monthly payments are late after the 5th of the month. Weekly payments are due the first day of your child’s attendance for that week. We accept cash or check (preferably check). Two-weeks’ notice must be given for any scheduling changes or when departing from Counterpoint School. $50.00 Registration Fee Your initial payment for ____________ will be __________. $50.00 Craft Fee - A craft fee is due in the spring and fall semesters, but not for the summer semester. A two week deposit of _________ is due and will be applied to your child’s final two weeks of school. This ensures that there will be no need to seek a closing payment once two-weeks’ notice has been received, letting us know that your child will be departing from Counterpoint School. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied to school tuition ONCE TWO-WEEKS’ NOTICE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Paperwork: Complete enrollment paperwork and turn in to the front office. Vaccinations and Physical - These documents are due thirty days after your child’s first day of attendance. - Please have your doctor put vaccinations on Counterpoint’s vaccination form or transpose them yourself and staple the doctor’s form to the back. - These forms are to be updated annually. Does your child have allergies that require medication, inhaler or EpiPen? If so, additional paperwork is necessary. See the Front Office. Your enrollment checklist is complete and it’s your child’s first day of school … What now? What to bring: Snacks and Lunch - Full Day: 2 snacks and a lunch - Part Time: 1 snack (if your child is in the Monkeys room please bring 1 snack and lunch) Blanket and Pillow (optional) 2 Changes of Clothes (please put clothes in a gallon Ziploc with your child’s name, include socks and underwear) Your child’s lunch box goes into the refrigerator and their personal items go into their cubby. It’s helpful to label your child’s belongings clearly with permanent marker. Please sign your child in and out everyday. Sign in sheets are located in the classrooms. Check your child’s cubby/folder everyday for correspondence in order to stay informed. Welcome to the Counterpoint family!
